Change of mind returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original tags attached. You may handle and try on the item only as you would in a physical shop. We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn, damaged, marked, scented, washed or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
How to start a return
- Email info@fortesce.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Wait for return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send a return to any address not confirmed by us.
- Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
- Send the item within 14 days of telling us you are returning it. Use a tracked service and keep your proof ofpostage until the refund is complete.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return postage cost. Original shipping charges are treated as explained below. If we sent the wrong item, or the item is faulty or not as described, contact us before returning it. Where the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault, we will cover reasonable return costs or provide a return method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item or you provide acceptable evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
If you cancel your full order within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded. For returns accepted under our voluntary 30- day policy after the statutory period has ended, the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or product you want. This is the fastest way to secure available stock.
Faulty incorrect or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or different from what you ordered, email info@fortesce.com as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description and photographs where helpful. Do not continue wearing or washing the item. Your rights and remedies under Irish consumer law apply in addition to this policy, including the short-term right to end the contract for certain faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.
Sale items and promotions
Sale and promotional items may be returned under the same eligibility conditions unless a specific lawful exception was clearly disclosed before purchase. Your statutory rights always apply, including where an item is faulty or not as described.
Cancellations before dispatch
Email info@fortesce.com immediately if you want to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started. If the order has already dispatched, follow the return process after delivery
